If I had to describe French style in two words, it would be smartness and sobriety, a style which is perfectly represented by the Parisian designer Isabel Marant that I admire so much! Well, this is at least the conclusion I could made after I met other girls from foering countries, who definitely have an other conception of style, a much more glamorous and feminine one.
I don't know why but this look is for me "very French"... probably because of this oversized coat, wide tee and fringed boots by Isabel Marant which are the perfect elements for a casual but also chic look.

Si je devais décrire l'idée que j'ai du style à la Française, j'emploierais les mots sobriété et chic, un peu à l'image de la marque Isabel Marant qui incarne cette version contemporaine du chic français. C'est du moins le constat que j'ai pu effectuer après avoir passer du temps avec des filles d'autres horizons dont la conception du style est nettement plus glamour et sophistiquée que la nôtre.
Le look que j'ai choisi m'inspire un peu ce style à la française justement: un manteau oversized Isabel Marant, un t-shirt loose et des bottes à franges... de quoi se parer d'un look simple et sans trop de chi-chi
